Medicine Ball Scoop Toss:

  1. Stand in a large stride, front foot turned toward target.
  2. Hold a medball near your back hip as you load into a hinge and then drive into rotation towards target.
  3. Throwing the medball in a scooping motion

  1. Facing away from target.
  2. Step toward target with your back leg, continue to rotate and throw to target
